Rehabilitation and reform of an 18th century building with the highest degree of protection. The main objective is to carry out a slightly intrusive intervention that returns the building to its original state.

Previous treatment of the wood with silica sand blasting to remove the different layers of paint and return it to the original Tea wood tone.
Subsequent protection of the wooden coffered ceilings using transparent fire-retardant varnishes.
